Residential Property Manager

Property Manager | Waterfront Private Compound | Quogue, NY

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a newly constructed luxury residential compound in E Quogue, Long Island.

This is a high-trust leadership role that manages a multi-structure waterfront estate, including docks, marine assets, vehicles, and guest-ready leisure amenities. The Property Manager will serve as the primary on-site lead and collaborate closely with the Family Residences Manager across additional properties.

This role blends operational precision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What You’ll Lead:

• Full property operations and a preventative maintenance strategy
• Vendor and contractor oversight across all trades
• Marine and vehicle care coordination
• Smart-home, security, and risk management systems
• Seasonal open/close programs and storm readiness
• Household logistics, procurement, and event support
• Documentation, SOP development and digital asset management

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years managing luxury private residences or elite hospitality properties
• Strong technical knowledge of residential systems
• Proven vendor oversight and project management capability
• Experience with waterfront/dock operations preferred
• Service-driven, detail-oriented, composed under pressure
• Discreet and accustomed to UHNW environments

Peak season (May–October) requires high engagement and flexibility. Off-season includes project focus and support to other family residences.
