Develops and maintains a residential environment conducive to the personal growth and academic success of the resident students. Responsibilities include ongoing student development activities, behavior management, case management, conduct adjudication, building management and operations, staff training and supervision, and housing and residence life administrative functions. A full time, 12 month live-on position reporting to the Assistant Director of Residence Life & Housing. Examples of duties include counseling resident students, serving as conduct officer, overseeing student assistants, coordinating programming, and facilitating official travel for the Provost, among other duties.
