The Sales Reservations Supervisor is a high-energy, results-oriented leader responsible for driving revenue growth across a specialized team of 12–15 Inbound Travel Specialists and dedicated outbound sales agents. Unlike a traditional service supervisor, this role prioritizes active sales coaching, lead conversion, and revenue targets. You will transform the team into a proactive sales force that masterfully handles inbound inquiries while executing strategic outbound campaigns to recapture leads and drive repeat business.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Performance & Outbound Strategy:

  • Lead and execute direct outbound sales strategies, ensuring the team proactively follows up on abandoned carts, pending quotes, and past-guest leads to maximizing "win-back" revenue.
  • Monitor real-time sales dashboards to identify gaps in performance and pivot team focus to high-conversion opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of upselling and cross-selling, ensuring every guest interaction is optimized for aximum Average Daily Rate (ADR).

Elite Sales Coaching:

  • Conduct "Side-by-Side" coaching and "Live Call Monitoring" focused on closing techniques, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
  • Analyze call recordings to identify missed sales opportunities and provide immediate, actionable feedback.
  • Lead "Sales Huddles" to motivate the team, share success stories, and announce revenue incentives.

Operational Leadership:

  • Optimize the Five9 dialer and multi-channel system to prioritize high-value sales leads.
  • Manage lead distribution to ensure the highest-performing specialists are routed the most high-value inquiries.

KPI Management:

  • Take full ownership of team KPIs, specifically focusing on Conversion Rate, Revenue per Call, and Outbound Contact Rate.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans for underperforming sales agents to bring them up to brand standards.

Recruitment & Training:

  • Identify and hire candidates with a proven track record in high-volume, commission-based sales environments.



Position Requirements


  • Experience and Knowledge:
  • Direct Sales Leadership: Minimum 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience in a sales-focused contact center.
  • Outbound Expertise: Proven experience managing outbound sales campaigns, dialer strategies, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM and reservation systems, with the ability to pull and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Proven Track Record: Ability to demonstrate previous success in meeting or exceeding million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • The "Closer" Mentality: Ability to jump on a call and assist a specialist in closing a high-value sale when necessary.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to use sales data to identify trends and adjust team tactics in real-time.
  • Motivational: Ability to motivate a sales team through the "highs and lows" of a commission-based environment.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support peak booking windows.
