Description:A proactive, high performing Requisition to Procure IT Business Analyst (ITBA) is needed to own end to end procurement activities, drive continuous improvement, and act as the go to resource for SAP data analysis and process ownership. The ideal candidate thrives on problem solving, can teach and lead peers, and consistently delivers quality results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor RTP IT processes to proactively identify and reduce risk.
- Triage and/or work O&M Incidents and requests
- Create test data for functional enhancements, workflows, interfaces, and forms.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret SAP table data to diagnose issues and assess impact.
- Identify root causes of recurring problems; design and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the RTP product team and liaise with other product teams.
- Manage multiple build projects from requirements gathering through implementation, including functional spec writing, developer collaboration, and testing.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Focus Build, Service Central).
Basic Qualifications:1. 5–10 years SAP experience (preferably S/4) with deep knowledge of PR and PO creation.
2. Hands on experience with Supply Chain working on PR and PO's with buyer process knowledge (i.e. PTP, Aero, Sikorsky systems)
3. Participation in at least one SAP implementation
4. Experience validating or converting data during SAP migrations.
6. Proven ability to collaborate with customers to write functional specifications.
7. Fundamental Excel experience which includes the use of formulas, pivot tables and power queries
8. Familiarity with: Focus Build, Service Central, JIRA.
9. Ability to work across functional teams within and outside of Supply Chain.
10. Working knowledge of SAP
Desired Skills:- 5-10 years of Lockheed Martin (LM) Procurement Process experience or supported an LM Procurement system

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
