Job Summary



The Operations Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce and performance data and delivering timely, reliable reports that support Operations, HR, Payroll, and Executive Leadership. This role serves as the owner of core operational data systems, including the Master Roster, CSAT reporting, performance tracking, and bonus computations, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and compliance across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Master Roster & Workforce Data Management

  • Maintain and update the Master Roster as the single source of truth for VA deployment, compensation, and separation data
  • Process approved separations and roster updates based on operational and payroll changes
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments


CSAT & Client Feedback Reporting

  • Clean, validate, and consolidate CSAT data from multiple sources
  • Align survey responses with correct VAs, clients, and reporting periods
  • Support Operations in extracting actionable insights from CSAT trends


Performance, Bonuses & Appraisals

  • Maintain VA performance dashboards covering attendance, productivity, and coaching metrics
  • Compute and validate bi-weekly VA bonuses and monthly or quarterly appraisal dats
  • Track loyalty, appraisal eligibility, and historical performance records


Executive & Operational Reporting

  • Produce monthly executive operations reports and sales dashboards
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making
  • Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals


Collaboration & Data Governance

  • Partner closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Leadership teams
  • Resolve data discrepancies and continuously improve reporting processes


Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations reporting, data analysis, or workforce analytics
  • Strong experience working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards


Preferred

  • Experience handling workforce rosters, payroll-related data, or bonus computations
  • Background supporting multi-department or executive-level reporting


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data validation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (queries, formulas, dashboards)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills
