Replenishment Analyst

The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for managing the deployment of finished goods across the supply network to support demand, service, and inventory goals. This role creates and executes deployment plans by writing orders to move product from plants while balancing inventory levels, space constraints, and case fill performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned plant deployments, the analyst manages outbound volume to optimize space utilization and protect service.

The role partners closely with Supply Planning, Sales, Distribution, and Transportation teams to drive the optimal balance of service, cost, and inventory. The Replenishment Analyst maintains planning system parameters such as deployment horizons, transit times, shipping constraints, and inventory limits, while performing daily forward risk and root cause analysis to address service issues. Clear, timely communication and data‑driven insights are essential to keep stakeholders informed and aligned in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.



Must Haves:

  • Understanding of the supply/demand planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics.
  • Proficiency working with SAP or similar database application technology.
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel, or similar software.
  • Experience in Shipping and Receiving, Logistics, or Transportation
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or experience in related fields.
