Control Center Supervisor

$90-110k + bonus

I'm partnered with a US-based O&M provider within the renewables space who are looking for an experience Control Room Supervisor to join their team in Scottsdale on a fulltime basis.

This role will be a part of the O&M department and will focus on leading real-time, remote, operations of renewable generating asset performance by the Control Conter Operations function. This role will be responsible for operating PV and BESS systems which will include monitoring and operating multiple ower plant sites using SCADA systems and coordinating with stakeholders to maximize system performance. This will be a leadership role with a responsibility to provide training and support to operators, assist in scheduling admin tasks and drive efficiency and accountability across the team.

Key skills & experience:

• Experience with transmission-scale PV power generation facilities
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and CMMS
• Control center background, ideally within the Energy, Utilities, O&G or Renewables spaces
• Leadership experience is key as you will be overseeing a team of operators and also leading relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Relevant certifications and experience including NERC, OSHA, BESS OEM and PJM (or other ISO)
