Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney. The attorney will manage all aspects of medical malpractice cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and answering written discovery, participating in depositions and mediations, preparing for and managing trials, and representing clients in courts and post trial work. The role also involves close client collaboration and working as part of a team to achieve optimal case outcomes.
