Reliability & Improvement Engineer
Position Overview
The Reliability & Improvement Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations at the Joliet, IL site. This position leads the implementation of reliability, mechanical integrity, quality assurance, and continuous improvement work processes to support business objectives and maintain the site’s license to operate.
In addition to reliability and improvement responsibilities, this role serves as the site IT focal point, coordinating with corporate IT and providing basic on‑site support for networked systems.

The Pay range for this role is $58,800.00 - $92,400.00 Annual
