In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, primarily focusing on the Bharat Business segment. Your primary goal will be to understand the unique needs of our clients and provide them with customized loan solutions to support their business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships within the Bharat Business segment.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients, offering tailored loan products and financial solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional bank products to clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Executives, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during client interactions.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan transactions.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's presence and reputation.
