Physical Therapy Technician (Rehab Tech)

Location: Performance Ortho (In-person) Hillsborough, NJ

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends

We are seeking a humble, hungry, and smart Rehabilitation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist our skilled medical professionals in delivering high-quality care and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our patients. Candidates with a background in hospitality are encouraged to apply, as delivering excellent customer service and patient interactions are core to our mission.


Key Responsibility

  • Assist Physical Therapists with patient care
  • Set up and maintain therapy equipment and treatment rooms
  • Guide patients through prescribed therapy exercises and routines
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, billing, and maintaining patient records
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Deliver a positive and welcoming patient experience


Education and Experience:

  • Experience as a Personal Trainer or PT Aide is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
