Salary: $79K - $85K/yr commensurate with experience

Your Role as Day Habilitation RN:

• Guide preventative care strategies for our residents.
• Lead and educate our Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare providers.
• Maintain medical documentation and oversee health assessments.
• Create and implement wellness programs.

In this role, we require:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• NYS RN License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred
