Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Navigate the patient journey across the continuum of care to ensure seamless transitions and personalized support at every stage.

  • Bridge communication gaps between physicians, administration, and community partners to streamline complex treatment plans and improve care delivery.

  • Drive clinical excellence by leading quality improvement and educational initiatives that directly enhance patient safety and outcomes.

  • Champion health equity by securing vital referrals and follow-up resources for uninsured populations to ensure no patient is left behind.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • RN experience and Oncology experience preferred
  • Organized, hardworking and able to adapt to quick changing assignments during the day- compassionate with patients as a lot of our patients are dealing with newly diagnosed cancer
