Salary: $92,458.08 - $130,536.36 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the patient journey by serving as a dedicated navigator throughout the entire continuum of oncology care, ensuring no patient feels lost in the healthcare system.

  • Cultivate a unified care team by acting as the primary liaison between physicians, administration, and community partners to streamline communication and clinical outcomes.

  • Advocate for health equity by providing essential referrals and support for uninsured or underinsured patients, ensuring every individual has access to life-saving follow-up care.

  • Drive clinical excellence by analyzing patient outcomes and data to recommend process improvements that elevate the standard of oncology services.

  • Support patient empowerment through proactive educational efforts and treatment coordination, helping patients and families make informed decisions about their care.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.

Oncology Expertise: Proven clinical experience in Oncology services to ensure the ability to navigate complex diagnoses and treatment protocols.
