Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a structured inpatient behavioral health environment. In this role, you will support individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms by monitoring health status, administering medications, and collaborating closely with the treatment team to ensure patient safety and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor overall condition
• Administer medications and evaluate patient response
• Document patient progress and clinical observations accurately
• Support coordination and communication within the treatment team
• Monitor patient safety and respond to clinical concerns
• Participate in care planning and shift handoffs
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in behavioral health / psychiatric nursing
• Experience in inpatient or facility-based care settings
