How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Create a supportive, judgment-free environment where parents feel heard and empowered to meet their personal lactation milestones.

  • Lead the development of standardized patient education materials to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the entire maternal-child unit.

  • Support the medical team by providing expert consultations on complex lactation cases, helping to resolve clinical challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Advocate for best practices in infant nutrition by using evidence-based data to refine our programs and improve patient satisfaction scores.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Lactation preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
