Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage clinical and operational functions of the Operating Room. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, leading staff, and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental resources
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations

Qualifications

• Active RN license (New York)
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• BLS (ACLS preferred)
