Employment Type: Per Diem (Per Visit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in a day care setting
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in day care, home health, or similar settings preferred
