How you’ll make an impact in this roleLead patient care journeys by implementing and adapting individualized care plans that directly improve health outcomes.
Monitor and advocate for patient wellness by meticulously tracking clinical conditions and communicating vital updates to the care team in real-time.
Coordinate multidisciplinary excellence by acting as the primary hub between physicians, specialists, and families to ensure seamless, holistic treatment.
Drive successful transitions by proactively assessing and managing discharge planning to ensure patients are safely prepared for their next stage of recovery.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
Clinical Experience: Minimum of one year in pediatric hematology/oncology or two years in high-acuity pediatric environments (ICU, ER, or acute care); candidates with a background in adult oncology will also be considered.
Certifications: Strong preference for APHON or ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider cardholders; certification must be obtained within six months of hire if not currently held.
