How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead the clinical integration of medical nutrition therapy by collaborating with physicians and the diabetes team to weave nutrition prescriptions into a seamless, holistic management plan.
Empower patients and the community through dynamic education and tailored meal planning that transforms complex nutritional science into sustainable, life-changing habits.
Direct the educational roadmap by supervising the delivery of specialized diabetes training, ensuring every patient and staff member has the tools to achieve peak clinical outcomes.
Coordinate complex care delivery by managing healthcare provider orders and clinical interventions, ensuring the most efficient path toward patient stability and wellness.
Champion clinical excellence by reinforcing best practices in diabetes care across the medical staff, acting as the primary subject matter expert for nutritional health.
