Registered Dental Assistant - Los Gatos, CA

Our dental team is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Los Gatos office. We are a fun, team-oriented group that values a supportive and positive work environment.

In addition to general dentistry, our practice treats complex full-mouth cosmetic and rehabilitation cases. We are proud to have a fantastic staff and wonderful patients, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative and professional team.

Schedule, Full Time. Can do 32 hour or 40 hour work weeks working Monday - Thursday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patient care and ensure a comfortable experience
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide high-quality care
• Ordering of supplies

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Several years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude

• $32 – $40 per hour, depending on experience
