Regional Sales Representatives grow our business through direct sales by networking, generating leads, promoting, and selling our service in the community and at local and regional events. This outside sales role requires creativity and the tenacity to experiment in the pursuit of success.

This is a full-time, remote, outside sales position. Team members must be able to get to Kent, WA office 1-2x a week for supplies. The 5-day work schedule varies week to week. Most often, it is Wednesday through Sunday to take advantage of the best weekend events. Monday and Tuesday are typical “weekend” days. Daytime hours shift when needed for afternoon/evening events. 

 

Principle Job Duties

  • Identify and engage prospects, recommend service, and assist them in registering for delivery.
  • Identify community groups aligned with target audience. Manage relationships, engage key stakeholders, and develop strategies to convert customers. 
  • Generate brand awareness and positive impressions to increase sales.
  • Represent company at assigned activities and events. Set up, break down table, tent, and display materials.
  • Educate customers about our service, grocery selections, and family-owned company.
  • Meet quota performance goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.


Qualifications

  • More than two years’ experience in B2C sales, consultative sales, direct sales, event marketing, or brand promotion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduates and veterans encouraged to apply.
  • Microsoft Office skills, CRM experience and other business software.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently lift 25 pounds. Occasionally lift 50 pounds. Seldom lift up to 100 pounds (pop-up tent and cooler of ice and samples).
  • Stand for long periods of time while working at a sales event/booth
  • Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in all weather conditions
