NKE Safety Apparel, a leading provider of Fire Retardant (FR) and High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) apparel, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across South Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. This role focuses on expanding our presence in a high-potential market and building strong relationships with industrial buyers, distributors, and safety professionals.


Responsibilities:

1. Execute Regional Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement a sales plan tailored to the territory, with a focus on FR apparel.
  • Set and meet regional sales goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategy as needed.

2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships

  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and end users.
  • Offer customized safety apparel solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3. Drive Market Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities across industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and construction.
  • Expand NKE’s distribution network and market share in territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and customer service.

4. Represent NKE in the Field

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Present NKE’s product offerings and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Build local market knowledge and industry connections.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Fire Retardant (FR) apparel specifically in Texas;
  • Strong track record in B2B and distributor sales.
  • Knowledge of the Texas market and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive in maintaining regular communication with clients and willing to travel frequently to meet customers face-to-face.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the state.
  • Must be based in Texas.
