Regional Property Manager

We’re hiring a Regional Property Manager in South Florida.

This is not a “keep the lights on” role.

It’s for someone who knows how to drive occupancy, lead teams, and create demand—not wait for it.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets (stabilized + under construction), managing property managers and leasing teams across multiple sites. The operations are in place. The real challenge (and opportunity) is performance.

What matters most in this role:

• You know how to push leasing results in market-rate product
• You’re hands-on with marketing, not dependent on it
• You can lead managers and hold teams accountable
• You bring energy, ideas, and execution—not just reports

This environment is fast-paced, direct, and demanding. You’ll work closely with ownership and senior leadership, so you need to be comfortable operating with high expectations and multiple stakeholders.
