Overview:

Radley Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive strategic growth across multiple branch locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce accountability, exceptional client service and continued revenue growth throughout the region.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in staffing, operations management, multi-location oversight, and business development. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can coach and develop teams, navigate operational challenges, and build lasting partnerships with clients while maintaining a high-performance culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across two branches, ensuring alignment with Radley Staffing’s goals and standard
  • Take ownership of team performance by coaching our talent and holding them accountable to hitting sales quotas and growth goals.
  • Partner with branch teams to ensure operational performance supports sales goals, client satisfaction, and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention, increase account growth, and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and mentor team members to drive accountability, operational excellence, and alignment with the “Radley Way”
  • Develop and execute strategic plans by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
  • Monitor branch financial performance (P&L) and take action to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Build high-performing teams with a culture centered around accountability and fun
  • Review and execute agreements to support business development efforts
  • Maintain well-organized, efficient, and professional branch office environments


Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communicator with strong business ethics and sound judgment
  • Staffing industry (temp and temp-to-hire) experience is a plus
  • Experience managing a positive P&L
