ROLE OVERVIEW  


Goldbergh is a Dutch luxury sports and skiwear brand, founded in Amsterdam in 2009, celebrated for its signature blend of high-performance functionality and fiercely feminine style. From the slopes to the city, Goldbergh dresses women who refuse to compromise on either performance or elegance. 


As the brand expands its footprint in the Americas, we are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Regional Manager Wholesale to own and grow our wholesale business across the Americas. This is a pivotal role for Goldbergh's next phase of growth, bringing the brand into the right premium and luxury retail doors, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring every account reflects the quality and positioning of the Goldbergh name. 


The ideal candidate has deep roots in the ski, activewear, or luxury sports retail landscape in the Americas, understands the buying cycles and retail dynamics of the market, and brings an existing network of relevant wholesale accounts. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Wholesale Account Management  


  • Own and grow the Americas wholesale account portfolio, including specialty ski retailers, luxury department stores, resort boutiques, and premium activewear retailers. 
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for the Americas wholesale partners, building deep and trusted relationships at buying and senior management level.  
  • Lead seasonal sell-in campaigns, market appointments, and showroom presentations in collaboration with the Global Sales Director.  
  • Negotiate commercial terms, order volumes, and sell-through agreements aligned with the brand's distribution strategy.  
  • Market Development Identify and open new strategic wholesale accounts that match Goldbergh's luxury brand positioning across the Americas.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ski and luxury activewear retail landscape across the Americas, identifying white-space opportunities and emerging retail channels.  
  • Monitor competitor activity, retail trends, and consumer behaviour to inform market strategy.  

 

Sales Performance & Commercial Ownership  


  • Deliver against seasonal and annual revenue targets for the Americas region.  
  • Track and analyse sell-through performance across key accounts, providing actionable insights to improve results.  
  • Manage order books, delivery planning, and stock coordination in partnership with Operations and the Global Sales Director.  
  • Provide regular commercial reporting, forecasts, and market updates to the Global Sales Director.  


Brand Representation  


  • Represent Goldbergh at trade shows, industry events, and key market appointments. 
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation, pricing integrity, and premium positioning across all the Americas wholesale accounts.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing on retailer co-op support, visual merchandising, and in-store activations. 


CANDIDATE PROFILE  


  • Experience 5–8 years of experience in wholesale sales within ski, activewear, luxury sportswear, or premium fashion.  
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a wholesale account portfolio in the US market and other markets across the Americas.  
  • Established relationships with key US specialty ski retailers, resort boutiques, or luxury department stores.  
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and build commercial partnerships from the ground up. Experience working with European or international brands is a strong advantage.  
  • Skills Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.  
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of retail buying cycles, sell-through dynamics, and seasonal order management.  
  • Ability to represent a luxury brand with credibility and passion.  
  • Data-literate, comfortable working with sell-through reports, order books, and sales dashboards.
