Regional Key Account Manager (Tech Vertical)

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000.00


YOUR ROLE

Your primary purpose is to develop the CEVA business relationship with specified strategic Technology customers based in North America and align all business and financial commitments and company resources to customer success.

Key areas of focus include but not limited to:

  • Customer Growth: Identify, develop, sell, service and provide operational oversight to increase CEVA business with assigned customers
  • Customer Retention: Ensure CEVA retains current business in all geographies
  • Customer Relationships: Expand relationships with the customer at executive level, in region, and across different business units
  • Negotiations: Lead and co-ordinate negotiations with the customer in region for major contracts and opportunities


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Be the senior relationship manager for an assigned book of business within the Technology sector, developing deep relationships at executive and C-Suite levels within customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute business development plans (forecasts, budgets and operating plans) based on intimate customer relationships and knowledge.
  • Develop and manage internal CEVA relationships throughout Product, Operations and Procurement teams in order to support and advance assigned account portfolio.
  • Drive sales growth within an assigned book of business by monitoring and reviewing customer sales performance, profitability and activity while aligning with CEVA business leaders.
  • Manage, implement and drive customer pricing requests and presentations including the internal procurement communication and customer negotiation.
  • Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities within the group to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrated sales success and knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
  • Cognizant of domestic and international regulatory compliance laws and regulations related to the supply chain and transportation industry.
  • In depth knowledge of CTPAT and TAPA security certifications and requirements in relation to Technology sector customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of high value commodity transportation requirements and procedures and requirements.
  • In Depth knowledge of and ability to interpret complex RFQ formats, and ability to communicate customer requirements to internal procurement and pricing teams.
  • PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software.
  • Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments. Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Positive, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills and a customer-focused orientation.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
