Responsibilities
:• Lead recruitment efforts for a high-volume portfolio of approximately 30 to 50 open positions across field operations and administrative support functions
.• Source, screen, and advance candidates for roles such as service technicians, inspectors, installers, helpers, and business support positions
.• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach through offer presentation, ensuring a timely and organized candidate experience
.• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to build talent pipelines and attract applicants with relevant experience
.• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum across active searches
.• Track candidate activity and requisition progress within the applicant tracking system to support accurate reporting and workflow management
.• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process while supporting recruiting operations across multiple regions
