The Regional Fiduciary Relationship Specialist Manager (LO) is responsible for managing, coaching and development of the Fiduciary Relationship Specialist (FRS) team for adherence to the Trust Services model, including attainment of growth and financial objectives and ensuring observance to compliance regulations and policies. Accountable for the performance of a business unit/segment including revenue, risk, and expense management (including budget). Key areas of focus include new client acquisition, client retention, relationship management, needs assessment, full balance sheet advice and planning, and advice model execution integrating knowledge and fiduciary principles as well as integrating Specialized Wealth Services referrals. Responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with our Client Management and Service Management teams, as well as COIs, across WIMs lines of business and channels, and with the Community Bank. Role includes identifying, making, and receiving referral opportunities across WIM and WF. Assigns accounts and ensures relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures to ensure satisfactory audits and service standards are met. Coordinates with the Fiduciary Team Managers. Drives administrative activities to Service Management resources. Ensures a proactive FRS will bring value to the account. Provides fiduciary oversight and answers the most complex questions regarding taxability, document interpretation and fiduciary risk management. Performs high level client sales management and ensures that delivery services are satisfactory to the clients.  

All Wealth Management locations will be considered for this position. 

Salary range is determined by the location of the job. 

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Winston Salem: Min: $100,900 Mid: $144,200 Max: $187,500
NV-Las Vegas: Min: $100,900 Mid: $144,200 Max: $187,500

May be considered for discretionary bonus.

This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: relationship management, business development, financial, fiduciary, or legal; or 6+ years of trust administration experience
  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA)
  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams


Job Expectations

  • Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
