Pay Rate: $70/hr - $75/hr (W2)
Summary:
Regional leadership role overseeing multi‑site healthcare operations across sterile processing, transportation, and facilities, with accountability for compliance, performance, and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regional leadership oversight across sterile processing, transportation, and facilities operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and standardized operational workflows across all sites.
- Develop and mentor site‑level operational leaders while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Certification in sterile processing (CRCST or equivalent)
- 10+ years of operational experience, including 5+ years in multi‑site leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions such as sterile processing, logistics, and facilities
