Our innovative approach involves coaching and collaborating with education partners to serve all students through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). This role blends clinical expertise, people leadership, and strategic execution to advance KIPP NorCal’s vision for equitable, integrated mental health programming.In this role, you own a defined set of department Key Results and decide how to achieve them. You escalate trade-offs that require your Director's authority.
