The Regency Club Attendant at Hyatt Regency San Francisco is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service within the Regency Club Lounge. This role ensures the lounge is welcoming, clean, well-stocked, and operating smoothly throughout service periods. The attendant provides personalized assistance to guests, maintains food and beverage presentation standards, and helps create a refined, hospitable experience that reflects Hyatt’s service values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet Regency Club guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Monitor access to the Regency Club Lounge and assist eligible guests with entry questions or concerns.
  • Set up, replenish, and break down food and beverage offerings for breakfast, refreshments, evening hors d'oeuvres, and other service periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lounge, buffet areas, seating spaces, and service stations.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are displayed attractively and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Clear tables, wash or transport dishes, and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with Hyatt and local health regulations.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including beverage service, local recommendations, and general hotel information.
  • Communicate guest needs, service issues, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate hotel departments.
  • Monitor inventory of lounge supplies, food items, beverages, and guest amenities; notify management of restocking needs.
  • Support special guest requests and help resolve service concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Uphold Hyatt brand standards and contribute to a positive, luxury-oriented guest experience.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $34.99 per hour.

· Previous hospitality, food and beverage, lounge, or guest service experience preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to provide attentive, courteous, and polished service in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of food handling, cleanliness, and safety procedures preferred.

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to moderate weight.

· Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
