Position Title: SR. Refrigeration Specialist

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Shift: 1st Shift Mon - Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Position Description:

Seeking a highly experienced SR Refrigeration Specialist for a direct-hire role in Tempe, AZ. In this critical position, you will independently manage complex refrigeration projects—from reactive repairs to capital upgrades—ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will support on-site technicians and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee optimal asset performance and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include project planning, risk management, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, and resolving escalated issues swiftly. You will also prepare detailed proposals, reports, and contract documents while traveling as needed to evaluate challenging sites.

Top Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing refrigeration projects, including low-temperature refrigeration in facilities maintenance or property management
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• EPA certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish/English highly desirable
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to various sites via car, train, or airplane as needed.
