💰 $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Minimum 1 year of referral processing experience
• Strong typing and computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls regarding referrals from PCP offices
• Schedule patients with the appropriate providers based on services needed
• Collect and update new patient demographic information
• Assist with medical records, including scanning and data entry
• Ensure accuracy and organization of patient documentation
• Support overall front-end referral and scheduling workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Athena EMR
• Specialty clinic experience
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
