Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding and integration.
  • Partner with practice leaders and department heads to develop hiring strategies and processes.
  • Manage lateral partner and associate recruiting initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and search progress.
  • Oversee relationships with external search firms, including fee negotiations and performance management.
  • Enhance employer branding, including LinkedIn, careers page content, and industry ranking submissions.
  • Standardize and optimize recruiting policies, processes, templates, and job descriptions.
  • Monitor legal hiring trends, compensation data, and market activity to provide strategic insights.
  • Support a consistent and positive candidate and new hire experience across the firm.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in professional services, preferably within a law firm environment.
  • Experience recruiting legal talent, including lateral attorneys.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
