Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding and integration.
- Partner with practice leaders and department heads to develop hiring strategies and processes.
- Manage lateral partner and associate recruiting initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and search progress.
- Oversee relationships with external search firms, including fee negotiations and performance management.
- Enhance employer branding, including LinkedIn, careers page content, and industry ranking submissions.
- Standardize and optimize recruiting policies, processes, templates, and job descriptions.
- Monitor legal hiring trends, compensation data, and market activity to provide strategic insights.
- Support a consistent and positive candidate and new hire experience across the firm.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in professional services, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Experience recruiting legal talent, including lateral attorneys.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience improving recruiting processes and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree required.
