Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 3+ month contract (extensions possible)

Location: Hybrid Charlotte, NC 28217

Schedule: Monday-Friday


Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a leading telecommunications client. This entry-level coordinator will play a critical role in the recruiting lifecycle by scheduling interviews, managing candidate flow, updating the ATS, and assisting with onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, professional attitude. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting operations experience within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hybrid role is Charlotte NC.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Entry-level professional with strong communication and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills (email writing)
  • Ability to handle flexible workload and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable operating within a thresholds model (up to 8 requests in queue)
  • Positive, adaptable attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not explicitly required)


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms Corporate onboarding support experience


Compensation:

$17/hr to $20/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
