Position Overview
Realty ONE Group Premier is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to lead agent recruiting and retention initiatives for our growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in attracting experienced real estate professionals, strengthening agent engagement, and supporting long-term office growth across our brokerage.
We are looking for someone who understands real estate culture, thrives in relationship-building environments, and can effectively communicate the value of the Realty ONE Group brand, systems, technology, culture, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruiting
* Identify, prospect, and recruit productive real estate agents, teams, and brokerages
* Build and maintain recruiting pipelines through calls, texts, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and referrals
* Schedule and conduct recruiting appointments and office tours
* Present the value proposition of Realty ONE Group Premier including:
* Technology platforms
* Marketing tools
* Lead generation opportunities
* Training and coaching
* 6 c’s starting with Culture (“Coolture”)
* Compensation plans
* Track recruiting conversations and follow-up activities within CRM systems
* Develop relationships with independent brokerages and teams for possible conversions or partnerships
* Assist with recruiting events, masterminds, trainings, happy hours, and office promotions

Agent Retention & Engagement
* Build strong relationships with current agents through regular communication and check-ins
* Help identify agent challenges and work with leadership to improve agent experience
* Coordinate onboarding support for new agents to ensure smooth integration into the brokerage
* Assist with retention initiatives including:
* Recognition programs
* Office events
* Accountability and engagement systems
* Agent success programs
* Monitor agent satisfaction and provide feedback to leadership
* Help agents stay connected to office tools, systems, training, and culture
* Support office growth through a positive and high-energy environment

Marketing & Brand Promotion
* Assist with recruiting-focused social media campaigns
* Help create recruiting content including:
* Videos
* Testimonials
* Event promotions
* Email campaigns
* Recruiting presentations
* Promote office culture and agent success stories online and at events

Qualifications
* Real estate industry experience preferred
* Recruiting, sales, business development, or relationship management experience strongly preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
* Professional social media and marketing awareness
* CRM experience preferred
* Colorado real estate license is a plus but not required
