Executive Director

ProspectBlue is seeking an Executive Director for our client in Willow Grove, PA!

We're looking for an experienced, passionate leader to serve as Executive Director of a well-established assisted living community in Pennsylvania.

This is a role for someone who leads with heart — someone who knows that great senior living starts with great culture, and who can inspire a team to deliver exceptional care every single day.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community, working closely with department heads to ensure seamless resident care and service
• Champion resident and family satisfaction — and hold yourself and your team accountable to it
• Oversee nursing and care staff coordination, staffing levels, and recruitment of top talent
• Serve as the community's Culture Ambassador, modeling core values and maintaining a positive presence internally and externally
• Manage regulatory compliance, licensing inspections, and required documentation
• Engage in direct marketing and community outreach to support occupancy and staffing goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in senior housing or assisted living
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities
• Two years of post-secondary education required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate communicator with demonstrated integrity and leadership
• Someone who shows up for residents, families, and staff — every day
