We are seeking a motivated part- time Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing construction team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for field and office positions while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting experience and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
