Your new role

This Recruiting Coordinator role is a 6-month contract opportunity (with a possibility of permanent) providing short term administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team during a period of high volume, senior level hiring. Reporting to the TA Manager, you will focus primarily on interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and onboarding coordination, supporting complex searches with multi panel interviews and executive level calendars.


What you will need to succeed

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, TA operations, HR operations, or administrative support
  • Preferable experience in a healthcare, public service, nonprofit, or mission driven organization where processes, compliance, and professionalism are important
  • Strong experience coordinating interviews across hiring managers, senior leaders, and candidates
  • Exceptional calendar management skills and comfort handling frequent reschedules and tight timelines
  • High attention to detail, follow up, and data accuracy in an ATS environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Paycom strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
