Lavender Home Care Solutions is growing, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about people, recruiting, and helping others succeed.

This position is responsible for attracting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting caregivers as they begin their journey with our company. The person in this role will play a critical part in building the team that serves our clients every day.

What You'll DoRecruiting & Applicant Engagement
  • Contact and follow up with caregiver applicants
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Build excitement around career opportunities with Lavender
  • Maintain an active recruiting pipeline
  • Track applicant progress and communication
Onboarding & Orientation
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for new caregivers
  • Ensure caregivers are prepared for their first shift
  • Guide new employees through the onboarding process
  • Create a positive first impression of the company
Caregiver Engagement & Retention
  • Support caregivers during their first 90 days
  • Conduct follow-up check-ins and engagement calls
  • Help identify and resolve onboarding challenges early
  • Contribute to a positive caregiver experience
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready employee files
  • Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and accurate
  • Track training and compliance requirements
  • Support company compliance standards and processes

Home care experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Location: Dayton Area

Schedule: Full-Time, In Office
