Our client, a well known company in the technology and e-commerce industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team.


The Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance, new hire orientation, and employee status changes. This role requires strong execution skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high quality candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, process oriented, and comfortable working under supervision within defined guidelines. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting operations stakeholders to ensure candidates are sourced, assessed, and onboarded efficiently and in compliance with established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and source qualified candidates for assigned requisitions across one or more business lines
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications against role requirements
  • Complete reference checks in accordance with company guidelines and timelines
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the offer process through acceptance
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation to support a smooth day one experience
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback appropriately
  • Process employee status changes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Meet SLA and quality standards, including responding to 99% of emails within 3 business days
  • Document recruiting activities and candidate progress accurately within internal systems
  • Utilize spreadsheets, reporting tools, and recruiting platforms to track and manage workflow activity
  • Identify and escalate blockers or process issues to team leads as appropriate
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, requisition priorities, and new business lines as required

Basic Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related area of specialty preferred
  • Familiarity with commonly used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute defined processes with high accuracy
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work under supervision while managing multiple workflows in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to quickly learn recruiting systems and internal tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high volume recruiting environments
  • Background in immigration, relocation, background screening, compliance, or IT logistics processes
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and regulatory considerations
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups or geographic regions
  • Ability to identify process improvements and suggest solutions within defined scope
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining quality standards and candidate experience
