Recruiter

Position Overview: We are hiring a Recruiter to support growing recruiting demand across the business. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

Requirements:

• Able to work in-office at least 3 days per week - Plano Office
• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience
• ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred
• AI expereince a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
• Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS
• Support offer process and hiring decisions
• Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution
