Position Overview

A client of Insight Global is seeking a high‑volume Recruiter to support increased hiring demand across our nationwide locations. This role focuses on front‑end recruitment activities: sourcing, resume review, screening, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will not own full-cycle hiring—your job is to drive candidate volume and keep the pipeline moving quickly.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high‑task recruiting environment and can manage multiple positions at once.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support high‑volume hiring needs for 80+locations nationwide.
  • Review and screen large volumes of resumes for entry‑level roles (e.g., logistics specialists, warehouse specialists, delivery roles).
  • Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule interviews directly with hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Meet required recruiting metrics, including a minimum of 3 scheduled interviews per opening.
  • Partner with onsite recruiters and the recruiting lead to manage surge hiring needs.
  • Maintain clean, consistent documentation in the ATS.



Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High‑volume recruiting experience (warehouse, distribution, retail, logistics, or similar).
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑priority environment.
  • Experience recruiting entry‑level, non‑technical roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many openings simultaneously.
  • Professional communication skills when working with a high number of hiring managers.




Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:


Compensation:

$45/hr to $50/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
