About the Role
Compleat KiDZ is seeking a motivated and organized BT/RBT Recruiter to support the continued growth of our ABA services across North Carolina. This role will focus on high volume recruiting for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our clinics and in-home therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified BT/RBT candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and partner with clinic leaders to fill open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build relationships with potential hires.
- Support onboarding and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience; healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health recruiting preferred
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and recruiting software. Occasional travel to clinics or recruiting events may be required.
