Your mission: find, engage, and bring in top sales talent to help us scale our Dallas and Fort Worth teams.

What You’ll Do
- Build a high-quality candidate pipeline from the ground up
- Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, social media)
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and more
- Manage and track candidates through Salesforce
- Represent us at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting events
- Sell the opportunity and create excitement with candidates
- Track activity + performance (this is a metrics-driven role)
- Work directly with leadership to scale and improve recruiting strategy
What It Takes to Win
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Comfortable with cold calling + high-volume outreach
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong communicator who can influence and close candidates
- High energy, self-starter, and team player
