Monitors safety and patron participation facility & membership services in accordance with established policy and procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with exercise of judgment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and techniques. This position is a seasonal position.
Oversees the conduct and behavior of facility program patrons and ensures safety of participants.
Works cooperatively with team and front desk to meet established facility/program/service goals.
Creates a learning environment that promotes sportsmanship and team atmosphere.
Assists with facility cleanliness, appearance and reporting maintenance needs.
Ensures safe and proper use of equipment and materials.
Communicates effectively and efficiently with Recreation Management Team.
Provides high stand of customer service to patron members and guests including program and member registration and folowing established cash handling procedures.
Participates in the daily operations of assigned facility which may include organizing equipment, setting up facilities for classes and events, cleaning public areas, monitor/supervising activity areas including open sports, fitness and playroom.
Must be at least 15 years of age.
Must possess current certification in First Aid and CPR or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
