Job Description
The Records Management Analyst will support the identification, review, and separation of company specific records from an enterprise records platform and physical archives. This role requires a strong records‑management mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret documentation, contracts, and quality records to determine proper ownership and disposition as part of a broader business separation initiative.
They will conduct enterprise wide searches across all datasets to identify documents that may not have been previously labeled, including records uploaded from multiple regions globally, validation of true versus false hits, and application of appropriate User Labels.
They will also:
• Review records to determine whether records are commingled with other business units and apply dedicated User Labels.
• Perform ongoing identification and labeling of newly registered records on a daily or weekly basis applying required tags, and routing records to the appropriate business unit User Labels.
• Review paper records retrieved from offsite storage to identify business unit and/or commingled records and ensure appropriate classification.
• Collaborate with Records and Information Compliance team members, including contractors, as well as business unit personnel and other cross functional teams, as needed, to support record identification, classification, and resolution of commingling or ownership questions.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $30hr to $65hr
