Job Description
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role within the administrative team, performing a wide range of administrative functions. This position is pivotal in making a positive first impression as the initial point of contact for visitors. The role requires proficiency in general office services, effective communication with individuals at various levels, and the ability to work independently while exercising good judgment and maintaining confidentiality.

Work Environment
This position requires a prompt start time of 8 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The work environment is casual and friendly, with a supportive team culture. Employees are valued and the company organizes events such as picnics and March Madness. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockville, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
