Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Do you love being the first point of contact and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a welcoming, detail‑oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in our lobby.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Visitor Experience

  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors, vendors, and employees—both in person and over the phone—in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Operate a moderate‑volume phone system to efficiently route calls, take messages, or provide routine information.
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished, and well‑supplied front desk environment.

Visitor Systems & Security Support

  • Manage and update the Proxyclick visitor management system across HQ buildings, assisting guests with kiosk sign‑in/sign‑out and ensuring analytics remain accurate.
  • Support badge compliance by guiding employees and visitors through proper building access and exit procedures.
  • Dispatch employee first responders and notify security promptly in the event of medical situations or injuries.

Office & Facilities Support

  • Answer questions and report facilities-related concerns through the service portal.
  • Print and post daily conference room calendars.
  • Receive deliveries and sort/distribute incoming mail at assigned and outlying buildings.
  • Assist with ordering office and departmental supplies through approved vendors.
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
  • Computer savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications confidently
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
